Wrist Wrenches

The chain wrist wrench is a 60mm* diameter x 190mm handle with chain links to a loading point. When gripped with the thumb on the chain side it is a very difficult lift due to the turning force making the handle roll out of the hand. When gripped with the fingers on the chain side it is an easier lift due to the turning force supporting the grip, which is great for overload training.
